Can I buy less than a pack of a product?
Unfortunately not, we are not geared up to supply customers with less than pack quantities. However we do have a network of Agents who are more than willing to address you specific needs in this area - go to our Agents page to locate the Intermarket Agent in your area to provide the service level you require.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on where you are located, how you intend to make payment and the product you are ordering. If you are ordering from our standard ranges and we receive your order before 10 am your order should be ready for collection/dispatch the same day. Local deliveries in Cape Town area are usually made the following day, deliveries to other areas can be expected in 2- 3 days depending on where you are and the relevant method of transport. It must be remembered that proof of bank deposit must be received prior to any shipment being made. If you are ordering personalised products it will take approx. 4 weeks after we have finalised the details for your initial order to be produced, thereafter allow approx. 10 days.
What are my payment options?
Intermarket Guest Amenities accepts cheque, cash or Internet Bank Transfer payments. We do not have credit card facilities. For your reference our banking details are as follows:

We are able to open accounts for our customers whose purchases average R3,000.00 per month with us. Please contact us for further information in this regard and a credit application. Payment is strictly 30 days from date of statement.
Can I refill my empty bottles?
Although this is both difficult and time consuming, Intermarket can supply bottle contents in 5 litre and 25 litre containers should you wish to explore this route. Please refer to the Raw Materials and Bulk Fills page for details.
Can I personalise products for my establishment?
Personalisation of your guest amenities can be a very effective marketing tool for your establishment. Intermarket Corporation provides services to assist you in the development and supply of guest amenities personalized and specific to your establishment. What other products are available for my guests?
Intermarket Corporation supplies a comprehensive range of guest amenities for our customers. However, we do recognize that sometimes you wish to go that extra mile in delivering service to your guests and as such are looking for those 'extra' little details.
