Can I buy less than a pack of a product?
Sorry! Unfortunately not :( Each product must be purchased in pack lots as indicated on the pricelist and on the website.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Standard orders may be collected on the same day as order placement. Local Cape Town deliveries are usually despatched the day following order placement. Deliveries to other areas can be expected in 2-3 working days after despatch depending on where you are and relevant method of transport. Note that a proof of payment is necessary for all orders before they are despatched.
What are my payment options?
Intermarket Guest Amenities accepts cash, cheque and direct deposit. Intermarket does not have credit card facilities.
Can I open a credit account with Intermarket Guest Amenities?
Intermarket does offer credit facilities to customers whose purchases average R5000,00 or more per month. Payment is strictly 30days from date of statement. If you would like to apply for credit, please notify the office and we will send you a credit application. Note that your first 3 orders with Intermarket must be paid for upfront.
Can I personalise my amenities?
Personalisation of your guest amenities can be a very effective marketing tool for your establishment. Intermarket provides services to assist you in the development and supply of your personalised guest amenities. Please visit our Personalisation Page for further details.
What other products are available for my guests?
Intermarket boast a wide variety of products for your guest house or hotel. Please have a look through our website at all the products we have on offer.
