ORDERING & DELIVERY

Orders:

Intermarket Guest Amenities prides itself on fast and efficient service and delivery times. Intermarket keeps sufficient stock of our standard products at all times to ensure that standard goods are ready to despatch on the same day as order placement.

For specialised or personalised items and very large order, you should expect to wait no longer than 3 days for your goods to be ready for despatch.

Deliveries:

CBD, Seapoint, Camps Bay: Delivery is FREE every Wednesday for orders over R500 (ex VAT). Please ensure that your order is placed before 12:00 on Tuesday for despatch on Wednesday morning. Otherwise delivery is R50 (ex VAT).

Southern Suburbs: Delivery is FREE every Wednesday for orders over R500 (ex VAT). Please ensure that your order is placed before 12:00 on Tuesday for despatch on Wednesday otherwise delivery is R70 (ex VAT).

Areas outside of Cape Town: delivery charges are based on order weight and number of boxes. Intermarket will be sure to find you the best possible transport prices from one of our trusted courier companies. Please call the office for a speedy quote.

Upcountry: delivery charges are based on order weight and number of boxes. Intermarket will be sure to find you the best possible transport prices from one of our trusted courier companies. Please call the office for a speedy quote.

Please note: All orders must be paid for upfront and a proof of payment sent to the office before your order can be despatched. Except where credit facilities have been awarded. If you require credit facilities, please contact the office.

Any order may be collected from Intermarket, please inform the office as to when you will collect.

Payment:

Intermarket prefers payment via direct deposits. Our banking details can be found at the bottom of your sales invoice. Intermarket also accepts cash and cheques. Intermarket does not have credit card facilities.
